OVERVIEW
Founded in 1992, MeT is a specialist electronics
design company based in Brisbane Technology Park at Eight Mile Plains in Brisbane,
Australia. We specialise in industrial, commercial and defence related
projects, providing a full range of systems design, consultancy, product
development, project management and programming services.
MeT is also an Alliance member with National
Instruments and provide custom LabVIEW and NI hardware solutions with our
certified development team.
FACILITIES
MeT'sfacilities are located at Brisbane Technology Park at Eight Mile Plains, a suburb of Brisbane, Australia. This facility consists of an
air-conditioned office, production and support areas. The engineering laboratory and production
facilities include a comprehensive set of calibrated test equipment, Computer
Aided Design tools, system integration area and other electronic
design systems.
HISTORY
Microelectronic
Technologies Pty Ltd (MeT) was originally formed in 1992 as a joint venture
between Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) and Griffith University (Queensland,
Australia).
After various ownership structures, a management buyout in October 2009 enabled the ownership of MeT to transfer to the
staff. MeT is now proudly owned and operated by the staff.
